Community Events and Fundraising
Mountain School community events offer a great opportunity to experience the culture and meet the people who make our program special. Some events are also fundraisers, which play an integral part in Mountain School's annual expenses, funding school improvements, and special equipment.

SUMMER ALUMNI PICNIC
Saturday, August 22 | 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
The relationships built during early childhood are the foundation of our vibrant community. Long after preschool days have passed, those connections continue to foster a sense of belonging and lifelong support.
Join fellow Mountain School Alumni, Current Parent Board Members, and former teachers for this special afternoon as we come together, share fond memories, and reconnect with old friends from our preschool days. This year’s picnic will celebrate Mountain School’s 70th anniversary—an incredible milestone and a testament to the strength and dedication of our community.

Your time working at the schoolhouse and donations are often eligible for corporate matching. Check with your company’s HR department to learn more!

We work with a few"Shop for a Cause" partners that allow you to turn your in-store purchases into donations to Mountain School.

Shop local at Hicklebee's in downtown Willow Glen! Mention our school every time you make a purchase and 5% of your purchase will go to LGSONS.
