Parent Education

Parent education is a core part of the Mountain School program. Parents attend class-specific gatherings with their head teacher and fellow parents five times per year. These Circle Meetings allow for class bonding, sharing, and learning about age-specific child development.

Twice per year the school offers a range of Mini-Courses for the parents to choose. These range in topic each year with classes that may include; Connecting to Nature, Mindful Parenting, Emotional Regulation, Positive Discipline, Sibling Rivalry, etc.

Join Mountain School

This annual child development and early childhood learning convention is a fantastic opportunity for even more parent education, learning, and professional development. We hope you will join the many Mountain School parents and teachers attending this year!
